NEVER TOO YOUNG!

Here at the our house, we believe that kids should learn some core values early on in life. One of these of course is the concept that a family cannot successfully exist without the help of ALL its members. And so, to that end, here you have pictures of JR doing his part to get the boat ready to put into the water next week: Okay, I can do it myself, now! That's it, go up and down s-l-o-w-l-y so you don't miss any spots. How am I doing, Poppa? Dinner break, I'm outta here. Hmm, Seems there is a little left over blue paint...

I always wanted a blue car!

Okay, well the car was already blue, but it made for a better blog... Truth is he helped some, then managed to get blue paint ALL OVER HIS HANDS - and I mean ALL OVER - he looked like a smurf. So at that point he had to have Poppa remove it for him. Anybody with any knowledge of what marine bottom paint does to a person knows why! 10 minutes of scrubbing with the heavy duty paint remover, a half-hour bath, and he was cleaner than when he started. We talked him into helping out in a DIFFERENT way - one that did not include blue bottom paint - and he was fine with that!
