Three & a half years of heartache and disappointment led us to approach our recent Supreme Court hearing quietly and with much caution. Been down this road too many times, missing the turn each time, ending up back where we started.

Today the news is different however. According to our Attorney, the S.C. overturned the local judges decision and remanded the case back for assignment of a court date! We are thrilled beyond belief, but are very much aware that it's not over yet. The hearing will likely be a full day of total stress. The judge will likely do everything in her powers to try and find a reason not to approve the adoption, but, we will go there prepared for the battle.

Now more than ever we shall rely on God to carry us through, and need everyone's prayers as we begin to prepare for what may be the last chapter in this book. Please pray that the book ends on a happy note and two brothers will finally be reunited...
