A few days ago we had brought in another big bin of vegetables from the garden and decided to pickle some of the cucumbers, and freeze some carrots. All the peels, and carrot tops, etc. were put in another bin, and put outside to be taken to the compost pile, along with a few cucumbers (at one time we had more than 30 in the fridge) that didn't get rotated, and had begun to soften. A little later I went onto the deck for some reason or another and found the dog resting. Like I said, he's not the brightest, but, he's good for a laugh!

A dog, is a dog, is a vegetable?!
