FLASHBACK FRIDAY
8 August 2008
8 August 2008
JR is a fish, and could stay in the water all day and night. He also loves the boat, especially driving it, and is already learning things about it that I didn't learn until I was grown. While I do notice him changing and growing (way too fast) it's not 'til I look back at where his "life on the water" began, do I truly appreciate where he is now!

First bath ever at 14 months old! He absolutely hated it! I was alone with him in the apartment in Russia and thought the police were going to come knock on the door and arrest me for abusing him - that's how loud he screamed!
September 2004
first trip to the beach! -we used this pic for his adoption announcement.

Summer 2007 - first time driving the boat alone
Spring/Summer 2008
Notice the long hair he had in the spring is no more. Also, since he is learning to drive, he has chosen a new first mate...the dog.

The pictures aren't on there. Maybe blogger is malfunctioning for the moment. I will check back. Can't wait to see the pics of JR as a baby!
ARGH! I Had the worst time with this post. For some reason the words kept shrinking, and nothing I did would help! Think its okay now!
Aw, these are so cute. He has grown so much. The baby chub is gone, but he is still so darned adorable!
He is so precious has such a blessed little life.
It was worth the wait to see those pictures! I'm glad you got it all figured out. :)
I love them! Maybe next week, I'll post E's first bath pics. That so brought back memories...same here...he screamed so loud but a couple of days later he loved it and we've had a hard time getting him out of baths ever since then.
And, what a perfect picture that you used for JR's adoption announcement.
So neat!
