Great minds..

...wish alike..

So yesterday was my birthday - one of those dang milestone ones I'd rather not think about for too long - and while I convinced my family, and made them promise not to have a party of any kind - for many reasons - they told me I "HAD" to go out for dinner. Cap, JR, LTD, as well as my daughter and her boyfriend who drove down after work, took me to the the Olive Garden. I ate WAY too much, but we won't talk about that right now! We then came back home for the cake JR, LTD & Cap made. LTD and JR baked it, and Cap decorated. All this was done of course while I was home earlier in the afternoon, but was a "BIG SECRET" as far as JR was concerned. While mixers and beaters hummed in the kitchen, he kept telling me not to go inside there because they were making "beef stew". Ahhhh, to be 5 again!
Anyway, after they "surprised me" with the cake, I asked JR if he wanted to help me make a wish before we blew out the candles. He was happy to of course, and when I asked him to whisper to me, what the wish should be, he said "Let's wish Harry comes home soon". I'm right there with ya, buddy!
