Progress??

As you people know, about 3 weeks ago we were asked to submit even more papers to the judge in hopes of a court date to bring H3 home. 3.5 years later, it all becomes rote: you get an order, you trudge through, you send to lawyer, she makes changes to some, you redo, you deplete your savings getting them apostilled and DHL'd over in time, you walk on eggshells for a week, you get news from the lawyer that we've been denied, and need to submit more paperwork, you hold a pity party for yourself for a day or so, then start over. The latest request gave us a deadline of next week.  We got all our papers submitted and just learned that Baby Home has also been instructed to submit reports on all the visist we've made, and how our interactions with H3 went, by next week as well. THIS is new to the process, so we are really thinking it's gonna happen this time. On top of that H3's birthday is this weekend, so we are SO encouraged that this will be the last he'll spend without his family. PLEASE continue to pray for us, as we await word from the court. We will be gone for the weekend, but, hopefully when we return home, it won't be long before we get word! We've been at this so long we're trying really hard not to set ourselves up for another huge disappointment, but, for the first time in I don't know how long, I'm letting myself dream........
